Join us for an adventure.

We offer regular weekly adventures, and bespoke 1/2 day or full day rowing adventures throughout the Western Solent.

Destinations and routes are dependent on weather and tides and can be tailored to ability & fitness levels.

Progress from Beginner, through Intermediate and onto Advanced levels.

Price dependent on customised adventure.

A technical session tailored to suit the individual/ master class focus group.

Following on from the Learn 2 Row Course, or aimed at rowers returning to the water after a long absence, these sessions give focus to specific technical areas to improve efficiency and speed. Video analysis is offered for visual feedback to support main coaching points.

RowFit sessions are available on land and water.

A fitness session tailored to suit the individual/ group, to include a Warm Up, Interval Set (cardio/ strength/ flex) and a Warm Down.

The focus of these sessions is to get a thorough, whole-body workout, to optimise physical and mental well-being on the water or in the erg room.

Rowing is one of the most efficient ways to work all of your major muscle groups as well as get cardiovascular exercise, as it is full-body low-impact exercise.

All the benefits of being out on the water with friends. A relaxing and social experience, with the emphasis on having fun and enjoying the sport together, maybe at sunrise or sunset with your waterproof camera…

A regular session, blending all of the Explorer strands in a 2 hour session. Rig and derig, RowFit followed by RowSocial and a Sunset finale.
